Switchboard: one rule, nine switches.
Turn every switch on. Selecting a square flips that switch and its immediate neighbors above, below, left, and right. There is no timer.
Choose Start to load the puzzle.
Use touch, mouse, or Tab and Enter. The buttons describe their state. Reset returns to the same solvable starting position.
What this small study demonstrates
The rule is visible before play. Every action produces immediate state feedback. There is no time pressure, and reset provides a clear recovery path. The puzzle is intentionally small so its interaction can be discussed without pretending it is a complete commercial game.
What would need more work in a product?
A real project would need audience testing, suitable input and assistive-technology review, device checks, and a decision about hints, progression, sound, saving, and the surrounding purpose. This demonstration makes no claim of client results or universal accessibility.
